We stand behind everything we make, including our pre-loved gear. If you are not satisfied with your Worn Wear purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all original Worn Wear tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
